  • May I use cleaning products of my choice?
    Yes. Our flexible staff understands everyone has different needs and preferences. We would just need to be notified in advance of any preference at time of booking verification.

  • How many staff members will show up for my cleaning service?
    Staffing crews vary depending on size of cleaning, but can range from 2-6 crew members
  • How and when do I pay for my cleaning services?
    We accept all major credit cards and PayPal for your convenience. Once the booking time and price has been confirmed. A hold will be placed on your card, as the cleaning service approaches. Your card will be charged once we have completed our excellent service.
  • Satisfaction Guarantee
    We offer a variety of packages to fit any budget and cleaning needs. Our packages include residential and commercial cleaning, move-in or move-out cleaning services for realtors, and more. Contact us to find the best package for your budget.
  • Do I have to be present the day of cleaning?
    The choice is yours. Some clients prefer scheduling appointments while they are at work or doing what they prefer to do. We do ask if you will not be there to provide instructions on how to get in. If you need us to lock up and leave key wherever you'd like.
  • If I obtain Recurring Cleaning (Maid Services) will I get the same crew member(s)?
    Yes. We understand how important it is for you to know who is entering your safe space which you call home. We will ensure the same staff you have grown to trust, provides you with the same excellent service every time.
  • Do cleaning crews bring their own cleaning supplies?
    Yes. Our staff members bring all supplies needed to get the job done. We stock ourselves with a variety of eco-friendly products to match any preference.
  • What is your Cancellation Policy?
    Scheduled bookings are held on a cleaners calendar and services are denied to other clients. Due to this, we do have a $50.00 Cancellation fee for any booking. If you cancel same day, when cleaners are on site, there will be a $100.00 cancellation fee.
